I have been working in student ministry for more than 10 years now. As Pastor of (blvd) Student Ministry, I focus my time working to catalyze growth through equipping leaders and helping people live for God. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Melissa, for 8 years. My wife and I have one son, Jeremiah, and are excited to announce a second child is on the way. Some of our favorite things to do are visit the zoo, watch movies and have board game nights.

I feel like my purpose in life is to find creative ways to make the gospel come to life, and to help students believe that God is on their side. Some of my greatest joys are watching students answer an altar call for the first time, looking into the eyes of a student and telling them their dream is possible and taking my three little nephews to "our park." I have a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry, with a minor in theatre, and I am currently working on a Masters of Arts in Directing. My two favorite places in the world are Chick-fil-A and New York City – either watching the Yankees play basebell or a Broadway Show. This year is going to be a big one for me because I graduate on May 15, and I get to marry the most amazing man in the world, Matthew Gutierrez on November 21! I am a dreamer by nature and three of my biggest dreams are: owning a traveling theatre company, winning an Oscar and the most important, watching my two brothers answer an altar call and give their lives to Christ.

Regardless of what other staff members may tell you, I am not 6 feet tall. I am 5'8'' without shoes. It has been said that my office always smells like coffee. That, I do not deny. Like worship fuels the soul, so does coffee fuel cognizance. Once the coffee has kicked in, you can usually find me working on some type of music or creative task. What else do I love? Board games, books and people.

Hi. My name is Nando. I do what I can to keep your life at (blvd) current and colorful. Besides graphics, I love to write music and it's usually weird. I am an introvert by nature and sometimes look uninterested, but being in ministry has taught me to love people so, by all means, feel free to talk to me. I always have a million ideas in my mind and I have a tendency to think people know what's going on in my head, so if I ever start talking to you about something that doesn't make any sense, that's probably what happened. It's my firm belief that Freddy's Frozen Custard is one of life's greatest joys. They have the absolute best burgers. I also really enjoy Twitter, so you should definitely follow me.

Hi. I'm Jeannette Martinez, the Administrative Assistant for Pastor Mike. I've been married to Jesse Martinez since 2005 and have two wonderful girls, Lorelai and Emma. We've been attending Westover Hills Assembly of God since 2007, and have enjoyed every minute of it. It's a pleasure working at (blvd) and I am always amazed to see the work of God in the lifes of students.
